The Academy of Ethicality was established to provide a dedicated home for learning about ethics and ethicality that extends beyond any single profession or discipline. While its roots include coaching, mentoring and psychology, the Academy recognises that the questions surrounding ethical practice, judgement and decision-making are shared across many fields of professional and organisational life.
Through learning, research and scholarship, the Academy creates a space where people can deepen their understanding of ethicality, examine complex ethical questions and contribute to the ongoing development of knowledge and practice.
